Finding the right Coach Operator.

In July 2010 Group Leisure Magazine's Jon Hartley wrote an excellent article regarding the things to consider when choosing your Coach Operator, ranging from visiting the vehicle in advance to ensuring your chosen Operator has back up should the worst happen and the vehicle break down.  As it's still as relevant now as then we thought we'd repost it to help with any questions.
